Strength training is not just for the big guys and gym bros you see walking around the weights area at your gym.
Girls lift too.
Strength training will play an important part in helping you reach your goals, no matter what they are. Consistent lifting will provide you with a multitude of benefits inside and outside of the gym.
I speak from personal experience when I say that lifting can change your life. When I started strength training I finally found a way to lose weight for good. Through training I grew stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. I changed the way I think about myself and about my life.
I want to share with all my ladies why I think they should lift too.
