Next, we discover your starting point—where are you today?
Together with your personal trainer, you will create the optimal plan to dominate your goals—how to get you there.
Macrocycle
This means a one year period. Where do you want to be in one year?
Mesocycle
This means a three month period. If you know where you want to be in one year, what Milestones must you meet to stay on track?
MicroCycle
This is a one month period. The MicroCycle tells you exactly what to do this month to reach your MesoCycle Milestones.
Data Driven
Each MicroCycle your body measurements will be recorded. Height, weight, lean muscle mass, measurements, and progress photos will be taken.
Every MesoCycle your strength will be measured on big compound movements like the squat, bench press, and deadlift to track your lean muscle mass growth.
This data is crucial to your progress because it let’s you know how and when your program needs to be adjusted to keep you on track.
Implementation
The most important part of the MacroCycle system is the MicroCycle—those four week periods.
These four week periods are made of actionables—the workouts, foods, and homework you must do to accomplish your big picture goals & milestones in a timely fashion.
