Andrew is the Head Trainer for Seriously Strong Training St. Pete. Andrew is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and a Sports Performance Coach. With 6 years of experience as a personal trainer and chiropractic assistant, Andrew brings a wide range of abilities to his gym to ensure all clients receive customized programs from his coaches.

THE INTERNSHIP

The Seriously Strong Training Internship is a 90 day accelerated, hands-on personal training education. It is designed to bridge the gap between the book knowledge gained through a nationally accredited personal training certification and in-person application of those skills.

Interns are assigned a mentor, strength training course work, and must meet knowledge and skill demonstration milestones during the three month internship. Graduates of the internship are awarded the Seriously Strong Training Level 1 Strength Trainer Certification.

The Seriously Strong Training Internship is a prerequisite to be considered for employment as a Strength Trainer with SST.
