Keith is the Director of Operations at Seriously Strong Training St. Pete. He is a customer experience fanatic, and brings his hospitality industry background to the gym setting. He’s responsible for keeping the cold brew coffee well stocked, the music on point, and the coaches smiling. Keith has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2013 and uses his extensive experience to expedite the growth & development of his team.

Andrew Cao Head Trainer

Andrew is the Head Trainer for Seriously Strong Training St. Pete. Andrew is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and a Sports Performance Coach. With 6 years of experience as a personal trainer and chiropractic assistant, Andrew brings a wide range of abilities to his gym to ensure all clients receive customized programs from his coaches.

THE INTERNSHIP

Looking to launch your career in the fitness industry, but don’t know where to start? The Seriously Strong Training internship is designed for you. This internship will take you through the certification process, and leads to a job working with St. Pete’s highest rated personal training team. No experience? No problem.

EXPERIENCED TRAINERS

If you’re already a certified personal trainer in St. Pete with at least 1 years worth of experience then you can join the team as a coach. You’ll spend two weeks getting up to speed with our systems, learning our culture, and gaining familiarity with the gym. We’re a tight-knit crew, and if you’re looking for a family to grow with, please submit your application.
